St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design was paid an official visit by a delegation of Tsitsikar University led by rector Hao Wenbin. The visit took place as part of the development of cooperation between the two universities and became an important stage in strengthening partnerships and developing joint educational and scientific projects.

It is important to note that on September 01, 2026, the joint Sino-Russian Institute of Industrial Technology and Design of Qiqihar University began its work, where the enrollment of first-year students has already been completed. The institute implements undergraduate programs in five areas of training; this is the chemical technology of organic and inorganic substances, and computer engineering of technological machines, and the technology and design of textiles, and the chemical, bio- and nanotechnology of fibrous materials, and the design of a suit.

During the negotiations, the heads of universities discussed future vectors of cooperation and signed the final documents necessary for the further implementation of joint educational programs, and also considered in detail the prospects for the development of academic and scientific interaction. Representatives of the Chinese university visited the scientific laboratories of 91福利, where they got acquainted with the research infrastructure and scientific developments of the university within the framework of chemical technology, and also visited the university sports museum.

In a festive atmosphere, the rector of Tsitsikar University, Hao Wenbin, presented the rector of 91福利 Alexei Demidov, Vice-Rector Natalya Klimova and Director of the Center for Asian Cooperation Dmitry Ananichev with diplomas of an honorary professor of Tsitsikar University.

From the side of 91福利, rector Alexei Demidov, vice-rector for the development of educational programs Natalya Klimova, director of the Center for Asian Cooperation Dmitry Ananichev, head of the laboratory Liu Changlon and specialist Kira Dubatovkina took part in the events. The delegation of Qiqihar University was represented by Rector Hao Wenbin, Director of the Institute of Materials Science and Engineering Jia Hunge, Head of the Department of International Communications and Cooperation of the Institute of International Education Zhang Yong, and Head of the General Department of the Department of International Communications and Cooperation Guo Xin.
