Welcome to Guest Housing
Experience convenient, on-campus accommodations in one of our private, single-occupancy apartments. Each space includes a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove), a private bathroom, a smart TV (streaming only; no cable service) and essential amenities to make your stay comfortable.
As part of your stay, a linen package will be provided at check-in, which includes: 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, 2 towels and 2 washcloths. A toiletry kit with soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash is also included. Parking is included.
Please note: cookware, dishes, and utensils are not provided. Pets are not allowed in the residence halls.
Guest Housing is available from mid-May through late July only. Reservations require a minimum of a two-night stay. The nightly rate is $75.00 per apartment.
To begin the reservation process, interested guests must complete the . If the requested dates are available, you will receive an email with a link to complete your reservation through the Guest Housing reservation system.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: Monday–Friday before 4:30 p.m.
- Check-out: Monday–Friday by noon
Please note: Check-ins and check-outs are not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
Guests may pick up their apartment key, linen package and parking pass at the University Housing Administration Office in Korb Hall (1425 Petrarca Dr, Kent, OH 44243) during business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Apartment key must be returned to the University Housing Administration Office at check-out.
Billing & Responsibility
- Guests will be billed for any missing linens, damage to the apartment, or damage to associated equipment.
- Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance.
