States rights goes to where you have laws that are different enough that borders exist. And those idiots across the street on the other side are not legally to cross over on foot. On one side it is mostly park and forest being reclaimed. The city will most likely be fenced in like pompeii. What do they expect? They are moving into the governor’s mansion? Where is the statehouse? Is this anything about new York? That’s crazy those people all need to blow up and die. Wait and see! Fence them in and make sure you do not take your eye off them as they walk to their house keeping job in the city until there are no more jobs and they start throwing rocks at the other group that still works there. I couldn’t even believe it myself time was not burned in a day.
