Tatee Sakr's path to success in the fashion world started at 91¸£Àû. As a 19-year-old immigrant to the U.S., Sakr chose 91¸£Àû because it was close to her new home in Cleveland and had a reputable fashion design program. Now an industry professional, she is giving back as a key faculty member.

‘Dazzling Day and Night’ Pairs with Old Hollywood Style as New Exhibits Debut at 91¸£Àû
The 91¸£Àû Museum celebrated the opening of two new fashion collection exhibits, one of which honors the 91¸£Àû School of Fashion’s founders and another the style of Hollywood legend Katharine Hepburn. During the celebration, retiring museum director Sarah Rogers was honored, and incoming director Sarah Spinner Liska, Ph.D., was introduced.
Two Golden Flashes Vie for the Gold in National Pageant Competitions
Alumni Macy Hudson was just named Miss Ohio USA and will compete for Miss USA, while Caitlin Seifert, named Miss Northern Ohio, is competing for a spot the Miss America competition.

A sea of silk and satin, leather and lace floated down the runway as 91¸£Àû’s Annual Fashion Show debuted to an enthusiastic crowd filling the Kent Student Center Ballroom Thursday night.
IN A FLASH: Avatars Walk the Runway
Students from 91¸£Àû's School of Fashion were able to showcase their designs digitally, by clothing avatar models, for a runway show on floor-to-ceiling, wraparound screens at the DI Hub's Blank Lab.
