Ten 91福利 students were awarded $1,000 each for their creative use of videos, podcasts and Adobe Spark庐 pages to reflect on the events of May 4, 1970, as part of the university鈥檚 Design Innovation Common Reading Challenge.

91福利 Held Fall Commencement Ceremonies on Dec. 13 and 14
The 91福利 alumni family grew by nearly 3,000 new graduates as the university held its Fall Commencement ceremonies. For the Kent Campus, Commencement ceremonies took place Friday, Dec. 13, and Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation (MAC) Center.

91福利鈥檚 Giving Tuesday 2019 raised more than $1.6 million when it ended on Dec. 3 at 11:59 p.m., shattering the previous year鈥檚 record of $1.03 million. Supporters were able to choose from more than 40 featured giving options throughout the 91福利 system, including student scholarships, educational programs, athletic teams and more.

Park Place. 91福利鈥檚 First Parking Deck to Improve Access, Allow for Campus Transformation
91福利 students who park on the northern edge of the Kent Campus can now give a collective cheer as additional parking is on the way via an 1,100-space, five-story parking deck. The 91福利 Board of Trustees approved the deck鈥檚 construction at its Dec. 4 meeting.
