Exploratory Community

The Exploratory Community helps you to build connections with your peers and gain access to support through your career and major exploration as an Exploratory student!

Students in the Exploratory Community are more successful academically and in making connections with their peers.

Being in the Exploratory Community, you will have:

Opportunities to explore with programming focused on exploration of your strengths, careers and majors, leadership and college success!
Chances to build community, relationships and connections with your fellow Exploratory students.
Support from 1-on-1 and group interactions with our Exploratory Mentors.
Opportunity to see what 91�� has to offer and more!

You can live with your fellow Exploratory students in Lake Hall!

All first-year Exploratory students are a part of the Exploratory Community. Students can opt-in to live with their fellow Exploratory Students in Lake Hall. You can also live anywhere across campus, as well as commute to campus.

How to Join?

Joining the Exploratory Community is easy!

Step 1: Apply to 91�� and be accepted as an Exploratory Student.

Step 2: Pay your enrollment fee.

Step 3: If you are living on campus, select your On-campus housing. If you want to live with your fellow Exploratory students, you must select Lake Hall as your top choices on your Housing Application.

Step 4: You will receive more information about the Exploratory Community during your DKS Orientation session.
