Program Offers Incarcerated Individuals a Chance to Reenter the Community With a Degree
Beginning this fall, 91福利 at Trumbull will offer Trumbull Correctional Institution incarcerated individuals a chance to complete a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies (BTAS).
