Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Digital Media Specialist to lead the distribution and management of a 10-video digital campaign. This role focuses on executing a strategic media buy across a multi-platform landscape, including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will balance technical ad management with creative asset optimization to maximize campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Execution: Manage and optimize monthly media spend across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Platform-Specific Optimization: Tailor video distribution to meet the unique technical specifications and audience behaviors of each of the four target platforms.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Monitor campaign analytics (CPM, CTR, and View-through rates) to reallocate resources toward the highest-performing assets.
  • Creative Support: Use the Adobe Creative Suite to format thumbnails, add captions, and create platform-specific video crops (e.g., vertical 9:16 for Reels/TikTok).
  • Cross-Functional Support: Handle occasional "additional assignments" including graphic design for newsletters, basic website updates, or draft copy for broader marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting:  Prepare monthly performance reports and account activity reports.
  • Additional projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education:  Associate鈥檚 Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. (Current enrollment in a Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 program is a preferred qualification), OR relevant work experience
  • Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential for budget tracking).
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or related software).
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record managing paid social media campaigns or professional business accounts.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with digital advertising algorithms and the ability to interpret marketing data into actionable insights.
  • Communication:  Strong professional writing skills for drafting compelling ad headlines and captions.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
  • Hours: 16 hours per week.
  • Duration: 6-month initial contract.

Location: Hybrid. (Dover, OH)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for all operational, oversite, and installation aspects of the assigned job. Ensures that the work is in accordance with relevant codes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for assisting site superintendent of all employees assigned to a specific work area of the job.
  • Successful completion of all required paperwork, such as but not limited to: Packing Slips, work order forms, two week look ahead, change requests, timecards, information needed for monthly draws and material requisition/return sheets.
  • Performs weekly safety training for all employees assigned to the job. (Tailgate/Toolbox Training)
  • Consistent communication with the site superintendent.
  • Gathers tools and supplies to be used at work site according to instructions.
    o      Maintaining the truck inventories is necessary to maintain day to day activities.
    o      Assist in the unloading and shelving of materials on incoming trucks as needed. 
  • Transports tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to work sites if necessary. 
  • Assists in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motors.
  • Follow diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings & flooring. Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provides access for future maintenance, & avoid unsightly hazardous, & unreliable installations, consistent with specifications & local electrical codes.
  •  Inspects systems and electrical parts to detect hazards, defects and need for adjustments and repair. Tests electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohm meter, volt meter and oscilloscope, and amp meter. 
  •  Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.
  •  Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools. 
  •  Traces out short circuits in wiring, using knowledge of wiring and test meter.
  •  Installs control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
  • Connects power cables to equipment and installs grounding leads. 
  • Performs minor repairs such as replacing fuses, light sockets, bulbs, and switches using hand tools.
  • Maintains tools and equipment, washes parts and keeps supplies and parts in order, general housekeeping of work site. 
  • Responsible for adhering to and/or enforcing all safety policies and procedures of McClintock Electric, Inc.
  • If driving your personal vehicle for business or a company vehicle, absolutely NO cell phone use is permitted! 
  • Other duties as assigned. 


REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE UPON QUALIFICATION IN POSITION: 

  • Must be a certified Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 6 years Commercial/Industrial experience. Previous foreman experience 
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Successfully completed certified Apprenticeship program WORK 
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to assist in the supervision of a crew and/or instruct Apprentices and work with Construction Management teams
  • Proficient math, measuring, communication, and reading skills
  • OSHA 30-hour Certification
  • Ability to work independently and have strong time management
  • Ability to operate various types of man lifts
  • Obtain Fire Alarm License
  • Adequately project material and manpower needs
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record 
  • Must have your own tools of professional quality

  • Operate automatic injection molding machines to produce a variety of quality parts to meet customer specifications. Remove flash and visually 100% inspect parts for various defects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Record information for shop order and daily work activities.

  • Notify Group Leader or Supervisor when equipment/machinery breakdown or process troubleshooting is required.
  • Assist in relieving press operators or other qualified production operations for lunch and breaks; perform auxiliary operations and maintain established standards.
  • Responsible for product quality, press efficiency, housekeeping and following all prescribed safety rules as directed.
  • Observe all safety & health rules prescribed by the company; insure lunchroom, and work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Has the authority to stop the process if a safety or quality issue arises in order to inform supervision to make a decision.

DETAILS:

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, all shifts available (1st shift-8am to 4pm; 2nd shift-4pm to 12am; 3rd shift-12am to 8am).  Starting wage is $17.00 per hour. No experience necessary - company will train. Must have HS Diploma/equivalent & be able to do medium lifting up to 50 lbs.

REPORTS TO:  Engineering Manager

PURPOSEPerform functions to assure dimensional integrity of new and existing elastomeric parts, while maintaining a variety of related reports and records for both the company and customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Review and analyze customer blueprints, dimensionals, and/or other drawings of customer components/parts.
  • Set up and operate Micro-Vu and other measuring equipment required to perform dimensional inspection and develop reports.
  • Set-up and perform dimensional inspection of customer supplied components; process and maintain initial sample inspection reports, PPAPs, and material certification requests.
  • Prepare submission packets including capability studies, process flow diagrams, control plans, gauge repeatability, reliability studies, and failure mode effectiveness reports as required.
  • Interface and maintain favorable relationships with customers.  Work with customers on accurately measuring elastomeric parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Evaluate SPC areas regarding statistics; perform capability studies and interpret histogram distribution.
  • Measure products produced from new and revised molds to ensure they meet customer specifications.
  • Audit and enter data regarding revision levels of active parts and prints.
  • Work with functional areas of the plant
  • Participate in continuous improvement by providing ideas and suggestions that would improve cost-effectiveness, enhance general working conditions, and ensure safe working conditions.
  • Track the plant鈥檚 VOC usage and generate reports.
  • Maintain the Environmental permits and conduct routine reviews/audits.
  • Perform other projects/duties as directed by your supervisor.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS OR CREDENTIALS:

  • Two years of related experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Skilled at staying organized, multi-tasking, and planning workload.
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret part drawings.
  • Drafting/CAD experience a plus
  • Experience working for a manufacturer of elastomeric materials (preferred)
  • Associate Degree (preferred)
