The Recreation & Wellness Center at 91福利 Stark promotes physical, social and mental well-being. We believe everyone should be given the opportunity to explore how permanent, positive lifestyle changes can increase their ability to succeed. We work together to educate our participants and to maintain a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where our participants can feel proud of what they achieve.
Students can build healthy lifestyles by taking advantage of available spaces and equipment such as a half-court volleyball and basketball court, dance/aerobics studio, Nautilus weight machine circuit, free weights, treadmills, stair climbers, elliptical cross-trainers and stationary bikes.
